I don’t know about you, but since we have been home so much lately, I have taken my plant obsession to a whole new level! I love bringing the outdoors inside, so adding plants to the house is a great way to do this. Just last night I ordered a new plant online. I think it is so convenient that you can order a plant and then it ends up right at your doorstep! I decided to put together a list of some of my favorite house plants that I’m loving right now. If you are in the market for a new one, check out some of these.

The aloe plant loves light! This is a great plant to put by your window at your kitchen sink. It is also great outside on a patio. The aloe plant doesn’t require a lot of water. Once a week is great for this guy! The best thing about this plant - it gives!! These plants are so nice, once mature, to actually use. Got a small burn from the stove? Cut a piece of your plant off and use it on the burn! Keep this plant away from your pets.

Pothos also doesn’t require a lot of maintenance. It only needs water about once a week and like the aloe plant, it loves light. This is a trailing plant so it will grow down, which makes it a great plant to style on a shelf! I wouldn’t recommend keeping this one where you pet can get to it, as it is not pet friendly!

Ya’ll know this one is my favorite! I love the snake plant so much and it is SO easy to take care of. I have had two of these for about 3-4 years. They aren’t called “Plants of Steel” for no reason. These plants don’t like a lot of water, like low light, and add so much character to your home. You don’t want to water this one often. I usually water mine every one-two weeks. This one is pet-friendly!!

I have one of these on the top of my bookshelf and love it. It is so easy to take care of!!! I only water is every 1-2 weeks. This one has such a pretty aesthetic. I love the character it adds to our home. This one is not pet friendly, so keep it away from your fur babies!

This one is probably my second favorite! It adds so much life to our home. We have this exact one on our coffee table and I have a smaller one by my kitchen window. This one needs water once a week and it likes to be watered consistently on the same day each week. These like a lot of light, so place where it will get plenty. It has big leaves, so I like to dust them off regularly to keep them shining and pretty! Keep this one away from pets as well.
